NO JUDGMENT, NO TABOOS, JUST SOMEONE WHO GETS IT & GETS YOU.
THIS IS ME
I know what it feels like when your body suddenly seems to have a mind of its own. When your cycle is irregular, PCOS enters the picture, and you’re left wondering, What is actually going on with me? That’s exactly where my journey began. And it’s also where I learned how powerful it can be to stop fighting your body - and start supporting it in the right way.
Today, I support women with PCOS, irregular cycles, and other cycle and hormone-related challenges in reconnecting with their bodies and feeling at home in them again. No extreme diets, no rigid rules, no added pressure. I believe in blood-sugar-friendly, realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes that fit into real life. And as a Fertility Coach, I don’t just help you support your fertility - I walk alongside you, offering guidance, reassurance, and support on a journey that often needs more than just advice.

HOW IT REALLY STARTED
In 2020, I got married, stopped taking the pill, and thought: Okay, I will be pregnant in 3 months, max. What followed was something very different - acne, a chaotic cycle, and a body that clearly had other plans.
Instead of ovulation, I gained belly fat. Instead of a period, I struggled with skin issues. And instead of feeling secure, I was left with a lot of questions. So I made my way through the fertility jungle: ovulation tests, teas, juices, apps - let’s just say the ovulation test industry knows me personally by now. My body kept sending me hopeful signals, and looking back, I know that many of those were just attempts at ovulation, not the real thing.
At some point, I thought: this feels like more than just “you need to be patient.” After a long journey of hoping and wishing, I finally learned what was going on in my body: PCOS - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. And honestly, back then I had never even heard of it. From then on, everything followed the medical playbook: hormones, step-by-step plans, next stages. What no one really explained back then was that nutrition with PCOS isn’t just a nice extra - it can be essential. With the help of Metformin, my cycle returned, and after 1.5 years of trying, I finally got pregnant.
The second time around, I didn’t want to just react anymore - I wanted to be intentional. I focused on blood sugar-friendly nutrition and conscious support, and in my third cycle I experienced the "best" ovulation of my life. I kind of knew already before I could know - This time it will work - and I was right - shortly after, I held a positive test in my hands.
During my second pregnancy, I already knew: I want to share what I’ve learned. So I trained as a fertility coach, completed that journey, and started my education as a nutritionist, which I’ll finish in the next few months. At the same time, I ran my own personal experiment: one full year of consistently eating in a blood sugar-friendly way. And honestly, I’m still amazed by what it has done for me and my body. I haven’t felt this good in a long time.
Through all of this, it became clearer than ever how deeply my two passions are connected: fertility and nutrition, hormones and real life, knowledge and everyday implementation. Today, With personal experience, professional expertise, and a lot of empathy, I support women - always with ease and lightness - on their journey toward hormonal balance and their dream of becoming a mother.💛
