THIS IS ME
I’m Svenja - fertility coach and soon-to-be nutritionist. I support women with hormonal imbalances, cycle struggles, PCOS, and fertility challenges - helping them feel better in their bodies, reduce symptoms, and get their hormones back on track.
I also speak from experience. I’m a mum of two and have walked two very different fertility journeys myself. The second one showed me just how powerful the right nutrition and small lifestyle changes can be - not pressure, not perfection, but realistic shifts that truly make a difference.
I support women who are somewhere in the middle of their fertility journey - the hopeful days, the heavy ones, and everything in between. Because let’s be honest: this path can be confusing, emotional, and sometimes just really hard.
I’m here to bring a little more ease into that space.To help you feel less alone, a bit more grounded, and slightly more in control again - even when things feel uncertain.
